NoFollow – Yes or no?
Blog spam, so commenting a blog post only because a back link is unfortunately still the order of the day. Comments using keyword links to sub-pages or more old, marked with PR articles, lead to an additional work for the Blogbetreiber, a deterioration in the quality of a blog and probably also to a deterioration in the search results…
We SEO followed so far always philosophy to the active participation of our readers with a NoFollow attribute in the way. It was previously so that the Web page specified for a comment directly, links within comments however usual linked like in WordPress with NoFollow in us.
Actually, this type of linking is illogical. We therefore consider switching our blog and in the future as ‘ home address a NoFollow attribute to specified websites ´, links within the comments but directly, i.e. without NoFollow link.
Supplying a comment during Web page is actually only to set with the writer in conjunction. A link specified within the comment, however, often offers real added value for the readers and therefore, should be linked only to editorial control without NoFollow.
Before we may change our blog, we want to let also our readers to Word. What say to our proposal and what is the best way to increase a Web log activity and avoid blog spam your opinion? We are for all open…
