Market monitor Web agencies Q2/2009
Recently Benchpark.com their report ‘ market monitor Web agencies ´ for Q2 2009 released. The report documents the cooperation between clients and providers in the area of online and Internet marketing. Interviewed overview of the main results were over 2500 customers to here:
-Web agencies were mostly selected by Management Board (41%) and Director new media/Internet (18%). Further cooperation was coordinated by the responsible areas.
-Thematic priorities with 38% Internet, intranet and extranet, were followed by online marketing (promotion, search engines) with 13%, it and application integration (CMS, DMS etc.) with content (text editor) and 12% with 10%.
-32% of all projects were in a range of 10,000 49,999 EUR 21% 0-4999 EUR. The average project budget amounted to EUR 89.300,00.
-The typical duration of the business relationship was years 20% of the cases years 27% 2-5 1-2. The average duration of relationship reached 2.8 years.
-Customer satisfaction has increased slightly. The average satisfaction amounted to approx. 8.5 of 10 to reach points.
Although only a certain customer layer (SMEs/large enterprises) was surveyed, is to recognize that the image of provider in the area of online and Internet marketing continues to grow, increases the average duration of cooperation and more and more customers with the achieved results are satisfied…
