Build own Link-bait
A good Link-bait can look so different. Offering a unique content on the own pages is linked by many others. Or organize as a contest that appeals to most website operators, and only require a back-link as conditions of participation.

- Offer unique content
- Yourself something e.g. a have high PageRank
