Google crawls Flash files

Now Google and Yahoo! can files in the Flash format (SWF) search Adobe and deliver results. So far they have been little attention is paid by most search engines.

According to Adobe, it has worked closely with Google and Yahoo to correctly read the dynamic content. Just Google have worked according to Bill Huber, Senior Vice President of development at Google, hard to locate and process the SWF files.

“Users get better search results, because information put a lot into SWF files now fully indexed”, said Justin Everett-Church.

Google has some files in the results. At Yahoo that should follow the next update.
