Cloaking lohnt nicht
Aktuell hat Matt Cutts einen Post zum Thema Cloaking veröffentlicht. Interessant daran finde ich die Aussage, dass jede Art von Cloaking entdeckt werden kann. Ein Cloaking, dass nicht entdeckt werden kann ist kein Cloaking. Hier das Zitat:
More generally, if someone is trying to manipulate Google by deceptive cloaking, it means that a webserver is returning different content to Googlebot than to users. That’s a condition that can be checked for by algorithms or manually, and such cloaking is certainly not “undetectable.�? For cloaking to be completely “undetectable,�? it would have to be like that Steven Wright joke: “Last night somebody broke into my apartment and replaced everything with exact duplicates.�? And a cloaking script that gave users and Googlebot exactly duplicate pages would be a bit pointless.
My experience from the daily SEO life shows that both colleagues and clients are concerned as first, as you can somehow tricking the search engine to your plant any content which is anything but Suchmaschinenfreundlich. I stand on the position that search engine optimization is a conscious decision that must be included in the concept of a Web site. If someone as priority calls the search engine friendliness, then the technical implementation and conceptual design of the content must depend on. Marketing bla bla and Flash applications simply don’t fit search engines. This does not mean that Flash and marketing texts are bad, but they simply bite with the search engines.
