Blog start series week 5: Tips for best posts – evaluation
Now we have reached the half our Blog start series.
Julius DOMAIN.COM has published its evaluation week 5 and I throw a glance times.
Evaluation of the week
This time was so “Tips for best posts”.
Julius has some of my tips before heart taken (spelling and focus on a topic). This is a good thing and this made so far very worth reading his blog.
He has now written themselves for the future on the flag some additional tips. So would he as use treffendere keywords in the title, more internal and external link, write more text in his contributions and improve the structure of his contributions.
All this together will help that his contributions are even more interesting and easier to read than before.
Also it shows up again, so far carried out marketing measures such as a contest and a Blogparade are very successful.
This is of course especially important because Google so far rather poorly treated his blog.
The Google location
Yet Google rankt the blog DOMAIN.COM very well. This is also related, the blog is not old and Google we know can time, to let new websites and blogs in the rankings up
Another reason for the previously not good ranking might be in the Themenwahl. Of course Julius has clearly defined what in his blog. He would like to present the most interesting websites, blogs, and news on the net.
In Google’s eyes, the range of topics on his blog is very wide and confusing. There are articles on the iPhone in addition to articles about sexy photographs, widgets, Firefox, Nazis chop hip hop blog, first WoW worm, etc.
Not that these topics would bad be. I think they even very good and it is so many of his readers.
From a search engine perspective, the range of topics is just extremely diverse and (yet) relatively unimportant for specific search queries.
So I think Julius must simply be patient. If the blog is older and get more back links, Google also will be nice to him. :-)
On the other hand it would be gerankt probably faster with a thematically very focused blog (only about new great Web and blog layouts) in Google.
This is the typical Nischen-vs. mainstream effect.
Revenue
DOMAIN.COM revenue is still 0 euro. This is also because he has pushed the miniaturization responsibility so far hardly.
Also, it has so far rejected reasonably inappropriate Trigami offers.
But earn money time still come. There is an article in this series to do so again.

5 of 10 weeks of this series are now around and blog DOMAIN.COM developed well.
Now Julius and I will break first 3 weeks, to gather new strength.
Then it goes naturally with this blog start series. I hope ye are back here and keep us loyalty in the meantime. Except of course normally continue the blogs.
