Apple verbietet Tracking von iPhone Apps
In den aktualisierten Entwickler-Richtlinien verbietet Apple im Absatz 3.3.9 die Verwendung von Drittanwendungen und damit auch den Einsatz von Tracking- und Web Analytics Tools. Hier mal ein paar Ausschnitte aus den Richtlinien:
… the use of location-based User Data for enabling targeted advertising in an Application is prohibited unless targeted advertising is the purpose of such Application …
… the use of third party software in Your Application to collect and send Device Data to a third party for processing or analysis is expressly prohibited.
When you consider that Apple has unveiled the so-called iAds just for the new iPhone OS 4, which then smells that Apple wants to control the advertising market on iPhone and iPad largely himself. Apple seems also restrictive action against third-party demonstrating the example Flash on iPhone and iPad. I think this is still a serious problem for Flash.
