17 English blogs and their revenue in July 2008

Slightly later than usual I look today on revenue 17 English blogs.

The biggest surprise is that John Chow has released no income this month.

Why?
No idea. Perhaps he did not have time because he is always on the go or revenue were so bad that he wanted to not publish it. Looking to at the number of banner and paid reviews me, I don’t think however that these revenues have been large back.

Let us surprise us. May he writes so next month again taking posts.

But many other bloggers have stopped publishing income. It is anyway interesting to see that many have eventually abandoned their blogs this blogger I am following recently.

For bloggers, which primarily revenue because blogging seems eventually maintain motivation.

Let us look at but the revenue, have been published.

DOMAIN.COM – 4.101,18 $

Zac Johnson suffered a decline in its revenues. In July he achieved the following revenue:

  • Affiliate: $ 2.383,40
  • Direct marketing: $ 1.300,33
  • paid reviews: $ 500,00

As expenditure which were against the following locations:

The reason for the decline is primarily the missing review orders. And, when Trigami (partner link) the order number for paid posts is unfortunately quite highly variable.

DOMAIN.COM – 3.528,36 $ (new)

DOMAIN.COM is new in my list. Anticipated, I must say that revenue originate not only from a blog but from multiple. However, this is okay, because many of us have multiple blogs and if you can live all together, it would be in order.

The revenues consist of the following:

  • Direct marketing $ 1.908,36
  • Text link ads-$ 830,23
  • Link worth-$ 546,25
  • AdSense-$ 179,39
  • Affiliate marketing-$ 50,05
  • Ebay network partners-$ 12,24
  • Amazon-$ 1,84

It dominates the direct marketing. But also selling links seems to be quite profitable.
AdSense plays only a subordinate role.

DOMAIN.COM – 2.798,-$

Carolines revenue have significantly improved. This is due to their own Traffic learning product which sold since July.
This shows the potential of their own products.

Here an overview of the revenue:

  • Stumble rush product $ 1.571,01
  • Flowering East affiliate-$ 465
  • Blog Mastermind affiliate-$ 442
  • Direct marketing $ 192,10
  • Teaching sells affiliate-$ 93
  • AdSense-$ 19,45
  • “Zen to Done” Ebook-$ 8,23
  • StumbleUpon traffic eBook-$ 7.50

Caroline makes the most money with their own product and affiliate programs.
Direct marketing makes up only a small part.

It is to be feared that the revenues fall back in August as the first great rush to “stumble rush” is over.

DOMAIN.COM – 2.758,10 $

Paul has further increased its revenue in July:

  • Direct marketing: $ 180,00
  • Affiliate: $ 423,85
  • Blog coaching / consulting: $ 2.100,-
  • AdSense: $ 10,08
  • Text link ads: $ 23,77
  • Kontera: $ 0.40
  • eBook sales: $ 0.00
  • ReviewMe: $ 20.00

The increase results from the improved revenue blog coaching/consulting. No wonder that Paul builds on his own members side to offer paid service/content.

This example shows what potential off the well-known commercial paths again.

DOMAIN.COM – 2.746,59 $

Tyler also increased its revenue. He also doubled almost his Vormonat earnings.

  • sold advertising = 1.400,-dollars
  • Affiliate revenue 1.346,54 = $

His affiliate revenue are shot in the and in particular of MarketLeverage. This new affiliate network offers a lifetime Commission. Tyler 5% of the revenue that affiliates get all referred affiliates.

And because the total 82 affiliates advertised for ML have earned $ July 20.292,80, he received $ alone from MarketLeverage 1.014,64.

Lifetime Commission partner programs are a very attractive. Unfortunately, there are hardly interesting affiliate programs in this area in Germany.

DOMAIN.COM – 2.117,01 $

Only slightly increased revenues of Lifeiscolourful.com blogs are.

  • Reviews, banners, and paid links 623,72 dollars
  • AdSense 344,60 dollars
  • other CPC 448,52 dollars
  • Affiliate 700,17 dollars

While the revenue from direct marketing, reviews and paid links went slightly CPC and affiliate revenue rose to slightly.

Overall a balanced mix of sources of revenue.

DOMAIN.COM – 2.099,36 $

The DOMAIN.COM Blog has moved to a new domain. The reasons can speculate is. There should be good reasons to move from an established domain to a new.

Revenue in July are a slight:

  • AdSense $ 26,48
  • paid $ 70 reviews
  • 125 × 125 Banners $ 150
  • Copeac affiliate-$ 15,10
  • MarketLeverage affiliate-$ 493,1
  • Consulting-$ 1,900

The blog had the following issues:

  • Expenditure for AdWords-$ 465,40
  • Expenditure on advertising $ 89.92

Also here you see that MarketLeverage is obviously a very good source of income.
But revenues from consulting jobs are dominant.

DOMAIN.COM – 1.212,35 $

DOMAIN.COM less deserves in July than in June.

  • paid reviews 210 $
  • Designarbeiten 100 $
  • Banner advertising 50 $
  • Link sale 147.35
  • Word press themes 250 $
  • OIO 55 $
  • sponsored WordPress themes 200 $
  • Sale of Joocbox 200 $

Also that the author analyzes the month of July on his blog very well.

There are a few key figures of the blog. Seeing a beautiful money for blogs on the road to herumliegt in the United States.

money from DOMAIN.COM – 805,16 $

money from DOMAIN.COM had a good month. Revenue increased and put together as follows:

  • AdSense = $ 574,-
  • Photo sales = $ 210,-
  • Chitika = $ 18
  • Project wonderful = $ 3: 16

The revenues are quite stable, but to really upward is not. Possibly should be considering here times other sources of revenue.

DOMAIN.COM – 709,42 $

Nothing has changed at DOMAIN.COM. Revenue from AdSense just stayed, the terrible color selection of blogs also. ;-)

DOMAIN.COM – 679,08 $

DOMAIN.COM blog brings out again with revenue.

As usual sets the blog to a wide variety of sources of revenue. That seems now pay. Most revenues bring a not much seen for themselves. But in the sum which can be seen:

  • 1. DOMAIN.COM earnings: $ 22.75
  • 2. Google AdSense earnings: $ 366.58
  • 3. A.W.Surveys earnings: $ 52.25
  • 4. AuctionAds / ShoppingAds earnings: $ 25
  • 5. WidgetBucks earnings: $ 25
  • 6. Smorty blog advertising earnings: $ 6
  • 7. Buxr earnings: $ 10
  • 8. Kontera ContentLink(TM) earnings: $ 46.45
  • 9. Helium earnings: $ 5.21
  • 10. Blogsvertise earnings: $ 21
  • 11. PayPerPost earnings: $ 67.01
  • 12. Fusion cash earnings: $ 5
  • 13. BidVertiser earnings: $ 4.23
  • 14. AdBrite earnings: $ 5.90
  • 15. Pheedo feed advertising earnings: $ 0.80
  • 16. Voxant Newsroom earnings: $ 0.70
  • 17. DOMAIN.COM earnings: $ 0.50
  • 18. Hub pages earnings: $ 0.20
  • 19. Valued opinions earnings: $ 14.5
  • 20. bloggerwave: $ 0

I have never heard something of some of the sources of revenue. :-)

Nothing more despite this is a strategy. Much cattle makes also junk.

DOMAIN.COM – 648,56 $

DOMAIN.COM seems to have always not so much time for his blog. Despite increased revenue. It is to not just on quantity but on quality.

And it seems to vote because increased traffic and revenue:

  • Chitika: $ 374,39
  • Clicksor: $ 44,27
  • MIVA: $ 28,04
  • Direct marketing: $ 120
  • ProjectWonderful: $ 14,78
  • WidgetBucks: $ 67,08

The various sources of revenue contributing their share to the total.

DOMAIN.COM – 560,84 $ (new)

Also DOMAIN.COM is new. There is the blog for about a year.

The revenues are composed from two sources:

  • Commission Junction: $ 548,21
  • AdSense: $ 12,63

Affiliate revenue looks not bad. AdSense revenue would certainly clearly steigerbar you would optimize the placement of the ads.

DOMAIN.COM – 419,32 $

DOMAIN.COM was also able to increase its revenue.

Each revenue:

  • TLA: $ 66.70
  • AdSense: $ 144.92
  • Amazon: $ 21.15
  • eBay Affiliate: $ 6.23
  • Kontera: $ 58.26
  • ClixGalore: $ 10.00
  • TNX: $ 112.06

Again a very balanced distribution of revenue.

DOMAIN.COM – 183,78 $ (new)

The DOMAIN.COM is new. There it only since April 2008 and for the revenue are quite good.

They are composed as follows:

  • Google AdSense – US $ 114,13
  • Nuffnang – US $ 46,08
  • ADSDAQ – US $ 16,45
  • Kontera – US $ 7,12

AdSense is the main source of income, which is no surprise but when relatively young blogs. That is why it looks very well for the future. Certainly some revenues will come.

DOMAIN.COM – 163,74 $

Blog Wilcox Studios could triple its income.

  • Text link ads: $ 52,61
  • DOMAIN.COM: $ 80,91
  • Cafe Press: $ 30.00
  • AdSense: $ 0.22

The low revenue with AdSense are amazing. Although the blog has not so much traffic, but considerably more than 22 cent should be included.

But here is the error of less Google as author of the blog. Google ads must be integrated simply there where also seen and clicked.

DOMAIN.COM – 55,63 $

Finally in my list is the DOMAIN.COM. This falling now longer low around.

However, the blog is only 2 sources of revenue:

  • Google AdSense: $ 54,13
  • Shareapic: $ 1.50

Should be more revenue with more traffic and better miniaturization responsibility.

Conclusion

Many blogs, it was move in July. A silly season is to feel. But the coming autumn will show where the blogs going.

And might we hear so little of John. :-)
